Rising 35 stories in the heart of the Brickell neighborhood, the condominium will deliver 579 fully furnished residences with an array of high-end amenities, including a rooftop pool, sky deck, co-working lounge, and fitness center. Designed by Studio MC + G Architecture with interiors by Urban Robot Associates, the project blends contemporary design with functionality to meet the growing demand for flexible urban living.

The $340 million condominium project of Miami-based North Development broke ground in 2025. Bayview PACE provided approximately $180 million in C-PACE financing. This transaction represents the largest ground-up C-PACE construction loan in South Florida and the second largest nationally. Bayview’s approach, funding the loan directly from its balance sheet and structuring it in multiple tranches to align with construction draw schedules—illustrates both scale and sophistication in C-PACE execution. The financing enables significant investment in energy, water conservation, and resiliency improvements while reducing the developer’s reliance on higher-cost capital.
