The Sponsor was seeking funding to renovate a large industrial building prior to leasing space to tenants. Much of the renovation budget was C-PACE eligible. Bayview’s C-PACE financing was the most accretive option available to fund renovations for the property. 

The Opportunity 

Bayview structured a $15.4MM C-PACE financing to fund improvements such as: roofing, electrical, LED lighting, docks, and doors. The financing will encompass all the improvements that the Sponsor needs complete to lease up the property. Bayview structured a financing that allows the Sponsor to quickly renovate the property. The Bayview C-PACE financing was closed in less than a month and work is already underway.
