Bayview PACE closes $180 million in C-PACE financing for the ground-up construction of Domus Brickell Center, a 35-story residential high-rise project of Miami-based North Development.

This financing marks a historic milestone:

• The largest ground-up C-PACE construction loan in South Florida

• The second-largest nationally

As part of the ground-up financing, the C-PACE proceeds fund key resiliency and efficiency features designed to set a new standard for luxury residential development in Miami’s Brickell district.
